ParkHub’s Charley DeBow will speak at this week’s VenuesNow Conference, joining a panel on the topic of parking and mobility.
The VenuesNow Conference was developed in 2017 to provide industry leaders of live entertainment facilities with a forum to discuss some of the most comprehensive topics appearing in the pages of the VenuesNow magazine. The conference includes a variety of discussions and networking events focused on the current and future vision of the industry, cutting- edge initiatives and trends in the world of venues. With two days of programming, the conference covers all aspects of the business to include technology, operations, sustainability, security, sanitization, tenants and teams, branding and sponsorships, ticketing, concessions, design, financing, inclusivity, bookings and content, and more.
This year’s event takes place in Austin, Texas at the Austin Convention Center, on October 5-7. Programming will also showcase some of the top venues in motorsports, festivals, MLS, NCAA, and live entertainment.
ParkHub is a silver sponsor of VenuesNow 2022. The company will be exhibiting its suite of parking management software, payments, and business intelligence solutions throughout the show.
On October 6, DeBow will join a group of industry leaders to discuss technology’s role in helping venues optimize mobility in the geographies they serve. DeBow, ParkHub’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will be a panelist for “Parking and Mobility: Cracking the Code” Joining DeBow on the panel, moderated by Joe Leung, Vice President, Parking & Mobility Services, Oak View Group, will be Stephane Adoveland, Senior General Manager, LAZ Parking; Connor Owen, National Sales Manager, Venues, ParkMobile; and Dan Roarty, Chief Operating Officer, FLASH.
“Mobility is ultimately about moving people across geographic areas–from cities through suburbia–in ways that are time-efficient, affordable, and safe,” said DeBow, who joined the company in 2021 after ParkHub’s acquisition of his payments integration venture, CurbTrac. “While transportation systems are central to optimizing mobility, parking has a role to play, especially as multiple technologies converge to improve everything from street parking to the array of options surrounding sports, entertainment, and cultural venues. We look forward to our discussion with friends from around the parking ecosystem on these topics.”
