• Make sure all locations that will need to be integrated have Metropolis equipment already installed.

Do I have to wait until the integration is live to see data?

Yes – in order for data to start populating on your BI dashboard, an integration will need to be in place.

How will I see my data in my BI Dashboard?

Our all in one business intelligence dashboard allows all of your data to flow directly from Metropolis to ParkHub, enabling instant access to performance metrics from all your Metropolis locations.

Can this integration work alongside other integrations?

Yes, our integration with Metropolis allows you to view data from other parking sources as well in a single centralized location.

Do we receive historical data?

Yes. ParkHub can import historical data using reports provided by your Metropolis representative. Data could include entry/exit times, parker type, revenue, and location.

Is this integration real time?

No. ParkHub will receive parking data two days in arrears. Data could include entry/exit times, parker type, revenue, and location.

What if I need to add a location to the integration?

If you need to add a lot or garage to your configuration:

1. Contact your Client Success Manager (with support@parkhub.com copied) with the location details (address and space count). Be sure to mention that you need the Lot added to your integration configuration.
2. It can take up 1-2 weeks for us to update the configuration. Your CSM will let you know once you should be seeing data in your dashboard for this location.

What should I do if something isn’t working correctly?

If you believe that the integration isn’t working correctly, (for example, your data is looking incorrect) please reach out to ParkHub Support:
