The integration of SmartPass with Harbor Park Garage’s existing Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) provider, TIBA, further enhanced the user experience. Initially, parkers used a QR code, but the system was later upgraded to include license plate recognition technology to access their pre-purchased passes.
