The Solution
ParkHub provided ABM with the necessary tools to launch SmartPass—a suite of flexible parking options that included single-day passes, flexible multi-day passes, hotel overnight passes, and tenant-specific passes. These could be easily purchased online and accessed via QR codes.
The solution also included raising awareness of the change by creating building-specific websites with links to purchase passes, posting signage, distributing flyers, educating HR officials at key employers at or near SmartPass buildings, and launching online marketing and SEO campaigns.
